Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
Flat rate shipping means the price of shipping is not connected to the weight, shape, or size of the shipped item, hence the term “flat rate.” It’s based on how much you can stuff into the USPS-issued box.
We offer the following shipping options – It will be calculated for you automatically based on the quantity at you order at checkout.
We have a Padded Flat Rate Envelope 12 1/2″ x 9 1/2″ in 1-8 bottles $9.65
and
We have a Medium Flat Rate Box — 2 (side-loading) 11 x 8.5 x 5.5 in 9-24 bottles $16.10
Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all
orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on
a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.
We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
International Orders
We do not offer international orders at the moment
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking
information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
