SLAP CONNIE Seasoning
I have spent more than a year perfecting this seasoning, and it has become a favorite in our house. We throw it on almost everything we cook! I love to tease my mom, who is an amazing cook, so I started posting photos of my meals on social media, stating that my food was “so good, that it will make you want to slap yo’ momma!” That’s how it all began.
A funny fact: My mom has several wigs that she wears, even a specific one that she wears when she is frying fish.
Created by devoted son Darrick Sosebee, who loves his momma to the end of the Earth, and would never harm a fake hair on her head.

Chicken breast seasoned with Slap Connie Steak Seasoning, steamed broccoli and red skinned mashed potatoes.
“Amy said “These are some of the best, if not the best wings I’ve ever had! I’m gonna need Connie’s address!” LOL. I put wings in ziplock bag with the seasoning and a tablespoon of corn starch. Smoked them for an hour, then turned grill up to 350 to crispen the skin! No sauce needed!”
Slap Connie seasoning! Chicken Hawaiian and Shrimp Hawaiian dishes. Jasmine rice, pineapple and mango salsa (made by me), covered with mango chutney. Yummm

Two cornish hens seasoned with Slap Connie on a bed of potatoes, carrots and onions and baked in the oven. -So delicious and healthy!!
